Sending proposals   Proposals submitted by November 30, 2009 All individuals who submitted proposals by November 30, 2009 will be informed by email by December 30, 2009 about whether their proposal has been accepted. As of January 2010, accepted proposals will be listed on the conference website. New deadline for proposals: February 10, 2010 The period for submitting conference proposals has been extended until February 10, 2010. Individuals that submitted proposals after November 30th will be notified about acceptance by February 26, 2010 by email and by a list of accepted proposals posted on the conference website. New deadline for submission of complete papers: April 7, 2010 Format requirements for conference papers Maximum length of papers: 5000 words (not including appendices or bibliography). Format: A4 paper size, Times New Roman font, font size 12, single-spaced, 2.5 cm margins, footnotes with text size 9. At the start of the document please include: *Full name *Email *Title of the paper *Your institution *Position in the institution *City/Country *Language of the presentation *Thematic area *Format of the proposal Only papers received on time and in this format will be considered for a publication after the conference.
